BASKETBALL CAMP ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE TIME

Participants can start arriving as early as 9:00am to camp.  Participants will not be allowed into the gym in advance of that time.  All half-day participants must be picked up no later than 12:15pm with full-day participants being picked up by 4:15pm.  Any participant not picked up by 4:15pm will incur a $25 service charge.

BASKETBALL CAMP CHECK-OUT PROCESS

A parental guardian will need to sign out a participant EACH day of camp.  For the safety of the children, we will ask that all parents show identification on the first day of camp.  Guardians will be able to notify Breakthrough staff if someone else will be picking up their son/daughter.  In these circumstances, we will need to see appropriate identification from the party picking up your son/daughter.

LUNCH

Full-day participants will need to bring a packed lunch to camp and will have a 60-minute lunch period each day.  Please be mindful of food allergies (avoid foods with peanuts, etc.).  Lunches will not be provided by Breakthrough Sports or the location of the event.

WATER BREAK

We encourage our campers to stay hydrated throughout the day and also want to promote proper hydration in basketball as well as life.  At any point if a camper needs to get a drink of water or a snack, they can simply let their coach know and the coach will send them for a water/snack break.
